Arriving in Croatia in the Southern port city of Dubrovnik in the afternoon, you will have some free time in the city before getting a good night’s rest.

Day 02 (Mon, 25 May’26)
Dubrovnik

Start your tour of Dubrovnik with a visit to the City Walls. Surrounding the landmark Old Town, the mighty fortifications are dotted with towers, bastions and gates, including the grand entrance of the historical old town, Pile Gate. A walk along the walls also provides stunning views of the city and the Adriatic Sea. Along the wall near Pile Gate, you will see the Franciscan Monastery, a 14th century Roman-Gothic style church which houses a museum, library, and one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. Next up is Rector’s Palace, which was built in the Gothic style, but also has Renaissance and Baroque elements. The building harmoniously combines all these elements, owing its present shape to many additions and reconstructions throughout history. Interestingly, it was also one of the filming locations of the popular television series Game of Thrones, so be sure to come and take a look at the stately atrium yourself.  

Day 03 (Tue, 26 May’26)
Dubrovnik – Medjugorje – Mostar – Dubrovnik

This morning, head over to the small town of Medjugorje between the mountains in the Herzegovina region, you will explore this popular pilgrimage location which has made a name for itself as the place where six locals saw apparitions of the Virgin Mary. Then move on to the historical town of Mostar. Once badly damaged in the civil war, it has been rebuilt into a lively town of cobblestone streets lined with shops and its famous Ottoman-styled Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, spanning the Neretva River.  

Day 04 (Wed, 27 May’26)
Dubrovnik – Split

Travel over to Split, the second-largest city in Croatia, where you will have the day free to explore its lively city and vibrant waterfront. 

Day 05 (Thu, 28 May’26)
Split – Trogir – Split

Spend the morning in the island town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with history. Learn about its unique urban tradition and culture through its architectural marvels, including the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex in the whole of central Europe. 

Back in Split, tour the city and see Dalmatian life as it is really lived. Always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance of tradition and modernity. Step inside the ancient city and you will see dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split life has been going on for thousands of years.  

Day 06 (Fri, 29 May’26)
Split – Krka National Park – Zadar

This morning, enjoy the exceptionally preserved nature in Krka National Park. Stretching along the Krka River, soak in the gorgeous natural scenes of lush greenery and the roaring cascades of its many waterfalls. 

In the afternoon, you will arrive in Zadar, a city of remarkable history and rich cultural heritage. Voted the place with the most beautiful sunset in the world, the town of Zadar is located along the Adriatic Coast and boasts a very unique attraction – the Sun Salutation, that needs to be seen and heard to be believed.

Day 07 (Sat, 30 May’26)
Zadar – Plitvice – Zagreb

The Plitvice National Park, Croatia’s most popular tourist attraction, was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. Located roughly halfway between capital city Zagreb and Zadar on the coast, the lakes are a must-see in Croatia. Spend the day walking through the park and marvel at the splendid lakes, caves and waterfalls of this exceptional forest reserve. 

Day 08 (Sun, 31 May’26)
Zagreb

Today we will be exploring Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia. Old, homogenous buildings reminiscent of its past juxtapose against fascinating buildings, marketplaces and shopping centres. Zagreb is a city throbbing with both traditional Croatian and international exuberance. Take a tour of the city’s top sights before having some free time to make discoveries of your own.

Day 09 (Mon, 01 Jun’26)
Zagreb – Postojna Cave – Ljubljana

Travel over to Postojna Cave, which houses magnificent underground halls and natural tunnels that will captivate you with its grandeur and rare animal species. Inside the cave, a railway system brings you through fantastic limestone features. Connected to the caves is Predjama Castle, an amazing Renaissance fortress built within a cave, almost one with the cave in which it lies. 

Day 10 (Tue, 02 Jun’26)
Ljubljana – Bled – Ljubljana

Hotel: InterContinental Ljubljana or similar

Heading out to Bled, you will visit the Bled Castle towering on a cliff overlooking the glacial Lake Bled. Taking a traditional Pletna boat out onto the emerald green lake, you will be able to stop on the island in the middle of the lake and visit its beautiful white church. 

Following that, explore the attractive city of Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia and the Green Capital of Europe, abounding with art, museums and galleries. 

Day 11 (Wed, 03 Jun’26)
Ljubljana – Frankfurt – Singapore

Flight back to Singapore via Frankfurt.
