Arriving in Tokyo this morning, travel over to Enoshima, a small island off the shores of Kanagawa with varied attractions and coastal views. Visit the enchanting Enoshima Shrine, explore forested trails and caves, and take in panoramic views, including that of Mt Fuji on a clear day.
Day 02 (Mon, 16 Feb’26)
Kamakura

The seaside town of Kamakura, formally the centre of Japan’s government, is a popular tourist spot home to numerous temples, shrines, and historical sights. Going on a quieter exploration of the town today, stop first at Jomyoji Temple, one of the five great Zen temples of Kamakura, and take part in a peaceful appreciation of its history and serene settings which include a teahouse and rock garden. After lunch, engage your senses in a moss terrarium experience where you will create a miniature moss garden in a relaxing workshop with a moss specialist.
Day 03 (Tue, 17 Feb’26)
Kamakura – Atami

Welcome spring with the blooming plum blossoms at the Odawara Plum Festival this morning. Held over various locations around the city, admire the beauty of these cheery flowers, best appreciated at Soga Bessho Bairin where Mt Fuji forms a dramatic background to over 35,000 plum trees.
Later, admire the artworks at the MOA Museum of Art. Specialising in East Asian art, the museum houses around 3,500 art pieces, including 3 national treasures and 70 important cultural properties. Besides perusing the artworks, you can also admire the architecture and coastal views from this museum overlooking the sea.
Day 04 (Wed, 18 Feb’26)
Atami – Kawazu – Atami

Spend another day with springtime blooms at the Kawazu Sakura Festival today. Kawazuzakura is an early flowering variety of cherry tree that starts opening around early February but does so at a relatively slow pace. Over 2 million people come to Minami Izu in search of this deep pink blossom seen on more than 8,000 trees stretching for over 4km along the river!

This morning, explore the peaceful town of Shuzenji Onsen. The oldest hot spring town in Izu, it is best known for the historical Shuzenji Temple, an important cultural property which has been awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Green Guide. Beyond the temple, a stroll through the town leads to a bamboo grove, quaint cafes, and many other historical sights where the town’s traditional beauty and attraction can be enjoyed.
Head up to the Izu Panorama Park after lunch for panoramic views of Mt Fuji, Suruga Bay and the surrounding mountains. Located 452m up Mt Katsuragi, the lounging spaces, cafes, and even a foot bath at Ao Terrace provide scenic vantage points from which to relax and enjoy the view.
Day 06 (Fri, 20 Feb’26)
Atami – Tsurumaki Onsen

Travel up to Jukkoku Pass this morning for stunning views of Mt Fuji, the Japan Alps, and the surrounding landscapes stretching from Sagami Bay to Hakone. Named for the 10 historical provinces which can be seen from here, the pass has been a beloved viewpoint since ancient times.
Shop to your heart’s content at Gotemba Premium Outlets later. Housing over 200 stores, restaurants, a food court and a 50 metre Ferris wheel, you can easily spend the day shopping here! With international and local brands of apparel, sports, household goods, food, electronics and more, you can find almost everything from everyday items to luxury goods.
