Arriving in Nice this afternoon, transfer over to your accommodation and get a good rest to prepare for the journey ahead.

Begin your day exploring the enchanting village of Saint Paul de Vence, a historic hub of art and culture that has inspired renowned artists like Matisse and Picasso and served as a backdrop for iconic films. After a sumptuous lunch of classic and innovative French cuisine, immerse yourself in the art of perfumery with a perfume workshop. Discover the secrets of creating luxurious scents during a guided tour of the meticulous processes of perfumery from distillation to blending, and get hands-on in a workshop where you will craft your own unique fragrance to take home.

 

Day 03 (Mon, 06 Oct’25)
Nice – Monaco – Nice

Spend today on an excursion to Monaco, the second smallest sovereign state in the world. See some of its extravagant sights such as the Monte Carlo Casino, possibly the most famous casino in the world, The Prince’s Palace, residence of the ruling Grimaldi family for the last 700 years, and the white stone-walled Cathedral of Monaco where former princes are entombed. On the way back to Nice, stop by Villefranche-sur-Mer, a serene coastal gem with colourful houses cascading to the sea, sandy beaches, and the historic Saint-Elme Citadel overlooking its enchanting natural harbour.

 

Day 04 (Tue, 07 Oct’25)
Nice – Aix-En-Provence – Lyon

Spend the day amidst the sunlit hills of Provence, where you will visit a charming vineyard between Aix-en-Provence and Nice. Begin with a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, learning about the Mediterranean terroir and grape varieties like Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Afterward, step into the cosy tasting room to sample a curated selection of the estate’s finest wines, paired with local delicacies. As you savour each glass, your host will guide you through the unique aromas, textures, and notes, offering an authentic Provincial wine experience.

Afterwards, take a high speed TGV train over to Lyon where you will dine on authentic Lyonnaise cuisine.

 

Day 05 (Wed, 08 Oct’25)
Lyon – Beaujolais – Lyon

Set out on an electric bike tour through the enchanting Pierres Dorées region, often called the “Little Tuscany” of Beaujolais. Ride through golden-stone villages, vineyards, and meadows, with stops at scenic viewpoints, including the historic Château de Montmelas Saint Sorlin, a 10th-century fort and must-visit site in Beaujolais. Be captivated by the ochre-yellow hues and serene landscapes, and discover the geological secrets behind the golden stones. Then, stop by at a winery where you will indulge in wine tasting and explore the Beaujolais-Village appellation.

Back in the city, you will have some free time to do some exploration of your own.

 

Day 06 (Thu, 09 Oct’25)
Lyon – Paris

Immerse yourself in the culinary heart of Lyon, renowned as the gastronomic capital of France, with a gourmet tour this morning! This gourmet journey will take you through vibrant culinary districts, where you will savour local delicacies like quenelles and pâté en croûte. Visit a traditional bouchon to experience authentic Lyonnaise cuisine and explore Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, a local market where you will meet passionate producers of fresh local treats. End your tour with a wine-paired tasting that celebrates the rich flavours and culinary artistry that define Lyon’s gastronomic heritage.

Following that, take a TGV train to Paris and enjoy a lovely evening of dining and entertainment.

Explore the magic of Paris, the capital of France and city of romance and culture, with a guided tour this morning. Drive past iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Concorde Square, and more, as you learn fascinating stories about French history and Parisian life. Enjoy a memorable dining experience at the Eiffel Tower itself at Madame Brasserie, helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Thierry Marx whose culinary creations pair beautifully with breathtaking views of Paris. Conclude the day with shopping spree at Galeries Lafayette, a historic department store offering an unparalleled selection of luxury and premium brands.

 

Day 08 (Sat, 11 Oct’25)

Take a TGV train out to the Loire Valley, often called the “Garden of France” and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Famous for its majestic châteaux, lush vineyards, and rich history, the region embodies the elegance of French culture. Marvel at Château de Chenonceau, known for its graceful arches spanning the Cher River, and enjoy a gourmet lunch at L’Orangerie de Chenonceau. Explore the historic town of Amboise, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s final residence before ending the day by immersing yourself in the region’s rich heritage and flavours with a wine tasting.

 

Day 09 (Sun, 12 Oct’25)

Enjoy some free and easy time in the city this afternoon before culminating your holiday with a dinner cruise aboard the Bateaux Parisiens this evening. Glide along the Seine River in a glass-enclosed boat, taking in Paris’s iconic landmarks illuminated at night as you relish a gourmet meal paired with live music, making this a truly magical experience.
